Biography
Allen Korenstein is a CA based attorney representing families for over 20 years. Admitted to the CA state Bar in 2003, Mr. Korenstein has developed a specialty in the area of juvenile dependency practice. Mr. Korenstein brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his cases, guiding clients and their families through a variety of issues including child welfare, divorce, domestic violence, paternity, child custody and visitation, education, estate planning, spousal maintenance, and child support.
Mr. Korenstein is a graduate of the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and holds a number of certifications including a certificate in Mediation from Tseng College, and in 2010 he became a Certified Child Welfare Law Specialist. He is an active member of the Silicon Valley Bar Association, and a member of the CA Appellate Project.
